Interrogation

The ACLU demands that the Department of Justice release its report "concerning the role that certain Office of Legal Counsel ... attorneys played in crafting and authorizing the Bush administration's interrogation policies," a report that Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress was "completed" and undergoing final review in November 2009, in a FOIA complaint in DC Federal Court.
