Insurer Washes Its Hands Of Cosco Busan

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Continental Insurance claims it is not obliged to defend or indemnity Capt. John Cota, the Cosco Busan or the ship's owners, for the costs of defending a criminal investigation of the ship's oil spill after smashing into the Oakland Bay Bridge on Nov. 2, 2007.
