Insurer Says Driver Meant To Do It

MILWAUKEE (CN) - State Farm Insurance insists it does not have to indemnify Rocky Stoltz Jr. for the injuries he suffered when Jacob Prostinak ran him over with a Chevy Blazer as Stoltz stood on his own front lawn at 3 in the morning. State Farm claims in Milwaukee County Court that though Prostinak was insured for auto accidents, it wasn't an accident: He meant to run Stoltz over. Stoltz has demanded damages from Prostinak, who is in state prison.
