Insurance case ‘bungled’

RENO, Nev. — A federal court in Nevada denied Traveler’s motion for $2 million in attorney fees in this insurance dispute concerning water damage to a rooftop swimming pool under renovation. Due to errors committed during discovery, and the case’s status as “bungled” and “a colossal waste of resources,” the insurer is not entitled to sanctions.
