AmeriHealth Insurance Co. and affiliates breach contracts by refusing to cover costs of treatment for eating disorders, a class action claims in Newark Federal Court.

Also named as defendants in the AmeriHealth class action are AmeriHealth HMO, Magellan Health Services, Green Spring Health Services dba Magellan Behavioral Health, and Magellan Behavioral Health of New Jersey.
