Stanley Costello and Al Sebia defrauded insurers of "millions of dollars" in a workers comp fraud that began in 1990, Oriska Insurance claims in a RICO complaint in Manhattan Federal Court.

Here are the defendants in the Oriska RICO case: All Staffing Inc., Dalrada Financial Corp., Fenix Capital Group LLC, ASI Employer Solutions, Longview Fund LP, Longview Fund International Ltd., Hedge Fund Services Inc., Brock Employee Services Inc. dba All Staffing Services, Viking Asset Management LLC, Stanley Costello, Angela Costello, and Paula Digilio.
