Instagram Immunity

The New Hampshire Supreme Court denied Facebook immunity under the Communications Decency Act for deleting a Somersworth cafe’s Instagram account without warning or explanation. The cafe used its @Teatotaller account to voice support for LGTBQ rights as well as promote its business, but it is unknown if the account was deleted due to content.
