OLYMPIA, Wash. – The Supreme Court of Washington ruled that a recall petition against Governor Jay Inslee was “legally and factually insufficient to submit to voters.” A man claimed Inslee was away from Washington too frequently and failed to declare homelessness a statewide emergency.
