Injured Would-Be Attorney Sues The Bar

RICHMOND, VA. (CN) - Jean Adele Fissinger sued the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners for failing to give her extra time to take the Bar exam. Fissinger says she suffered a brain injury in 1976 "which affected her short-term memory and her ability to process certain number-letter sequences," and the Bar refused her request for accommodation.
