OREGON CITY (CN) - The State of Oregon violates workers' civil rights by publishing on the Internet an indexed database of people who file workers comp claims, illegally revealing their medical records and allowing potential employers to discriminate against them, an injured worker claims in a pro se complaint in Clackamas County Court.
