LOS ANGELES (CN) - Justin Bieber hit and injured a pedestrian with his Ferrari on Sunset Boulevard a year ago, the man claimed in court Wednesday.
Walter Damon Lee sued Bieber in Superior Court. He claims Bieber hit him with his 2011 Ferrari at Sunset Boulevard and Laurel Avenue at about 11:40 p.m. on June 18, 2013.
The accident gave him "laceration and crush injury, hematoma formation, deep abrasions to the left knee and leg, fluid collection in the left knee and leg, and deep venous thrombosis in the calf and ankle region, all of which contributed to his pain and suffering," according to the complaint.
Lee said he was employed when Bieber hit him, but he had to miss work because of his injuries. He seeks lost wages, lost earning capacity, medical expenses and damages for negligence and pain and suffering.
Lee is represented by Jonathan Dwork, of Santa Ana.
