Infowars Defamation

A Texas appeals court ruled in favor of a man who brought a defamation claim against Infowars and the author of an article who posted a picture of him and falsely described him as the suspected Parkland school shooter and a “commie.” The man, Marcel Fontaine, has established a “prima facie case” that the article was false and defamatory.
