Industrials Up in EU

The EU saw a set of mixed signals for industrial orders in July, orders that are still rising but more slowly, suggesting a possible slow down for an economy that is moving ahead on less than four cylinders. In August, industrial orders rose 2% over July in the euro zone. That bump compares to a substantially better number one month earlier when orders rose 3%.
