ATTORNEY FEES - The trial court found that defendants were liable for the criminal conversion of plaintiff's vehicle. The Indiana Court of Appeals remanded to reconsider the award of attorney fees, saying the value of the car is not enough to compensate her for prosecuting the complaint and for going to trial. Reversed and remanded. Benaugh v. Garner
