EMPLOYMENT, MUNICIPAL LAW - Joseph Guzig claimed he was coerced to resign as police chief. J. Baker found that portions of his affidavit were properly stricken from the record because they contained unsupported speculations, and Indiana code does not prohibit the town of St. John from removing a police chief without cause. Reversed in part. Guzik v. Town of St. John
