Indiana Appeals Court

EMPLOYMENT - A teacher sued his employer under the Family Medical Leave Act after he took leave and was restored to his teaching position but not his coaching position. The appeals court found that because the positions were treated as two separate jobs, the part-time coaching job was not eligible for coverage under the Act.
