MANHATTAN - Two Indian tribes cannot enjoin New York's regulation of their online sales of short-term, high-interest loans, the 2nd Circuit ruled Wednesday, affirming a federal judge's order.

The plaintiff tribes are the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians and the Otoe-Missouria Tribe of Indians
