Indian Gaming Rule to Improve Appeals

WASHINGTON (CN) - The National Indian Gaming Commission has issued a rule to improve its appellate process.

The NIGC has changed its rules to consolidate all appellate procedures in one place, and to enhance and clarify appeal proceedings.

The rules are applicable to all notices of appeal filed after Oct. 25, 2012.
