Incestuous marriages

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit upheld the dismissal of a suit challenging the constitutionality of New York statutes that prohibit and criminalize incestuous marriages. The court found the anonymous plaintiff — who wanted to propose marriage to either his “parent or adult child” — failed to establish an injury in fact.
