In-kind contributions

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court in Washington ruled the Campaign Legal Center and its senior director of policy and strategic partnerships have standing to challenge the Federal Election Commission’s dismissal of their complaint alleging a political action committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign committee improperly failed to disclose in-kind contributions.
