‘Improper relationship’ means new trial

OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma appellate court ordered a new trial for a man convicted of drug trafficking because the trial judge allegedly had an affair with, or sexually assaulted, one of the prosecuting attorneys, violating the accused’s due process rights.
