RIVERSIDE, Calif. – More than 1,000 immigrant detainees have been detained in a medium-security federal prison – despite never being convicted of any crime – in near solitary confinement and are deprived of health care and adequate food and water, according to a class action filed Wednesday against the Trump administration.
