Investigative reporter Robert Moore sued Immigration and Customs Enforcement in federal court, seeking “critical records related to border enforcement, fundamental shifts in the treatment of asylum-seekers, and operation of immigration detention facilities."

EL PASO, Texas — Investigative reporter Robert Moore brought a federal complaint to obtain records from Immigration and Customs Enforcement “related to border enforcement, fundamental shifts in the treatment of asylum-seekers, and operation of immigration detention facilities.” Moore “has not received a single document from any of the agencies,” 15 months after he first requested them, he says.
