Immigration Attorneys

The American Immigration Lawyers Association sued the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services et al. in federal court for refusing “to temporarily toll deadlines and extend any expiration of immigration-related benefits for those within the United States, many (of) whom work as nurses and healthcare workers,” which also puts their attorneys at risk.

WASHINGTON — The American Immigration Lawyers Association brought a federal complaint over the refusal by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services “to temporarily toll deadlines and extend any expiration of immigration-related benefits for those within the United States, many (of) whom work as nurses and healthcare workers,” which also puts their attorneys at risk.
