Immigration and Climate Change

A federal court in California dismissed claims against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security brought by environmentalists and cattle ranchers who believe immigration contributes to climate change. The plaintiffs sought the review of seven immigration statutes for possible violations of the National Environmental Policy Act.
