LOS ANGELES — A paralegal pleaded guilty to participating in a conspiracy to fraudulently obtain U.S. permanent residency and citizenship for members of a Philippines-based church. Liberty Legal Document Services owner Maria De Leon completed immigration paperwork that she knew was based on false representations of marriages, the Justice Department said.
