Illinois Parole Board Member Claims|He Was Maliciously Prosecuted

CHICAGO (CN) - Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and members of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board provided false and misleading information to maliciously prosecute the only member of the review board who voted to parole Harry Aleman, former parole board member Victor Brooks claims in Cook County Court.

Brooks claims the defendants had him falsely arrested and charged with wire fraud and official misconduct, of which he was cleared by trial. He demands $4 million in damages.
