CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit dismissed a challenge to the constitutionality of the Illinois Concealed Carry Act, finding the gun owner who brought the case lacks standing to sue because the state reasonably considers individuals with his criminal history too dangerous to carry a concealed weapon.
