Illinois Appellate Court

ATTORNEY FEES - The Illinois Appellate Court found that plaintiffs were properly denied legal fees incurred defending a motion to enjoin plaintiffs from filing a lawsuit against a company and its owner. Plaintiffs claimed that attorney fees were recoverable, since the underlying conduct gave rise to their counterclaim, but the court found that plaintiffs incurred attorney fees defending themselves in the preliminary injunction lawsuit.
