PROBATE, ATTORNEYS - The Illinois Appellate Court found that the petitioner's counsel was properly disqualified for representing the petitioner's mother in most aspects of a $1.8 million transfer, over which the petitioner claimed his sister had an undue influence. Affirmed. See ruling.
