Ikanos Class Action Dismissed

MANHATTAN (CN) - A federal judge has dismissed Panther Partners' class-action securities lawsuit against Ikanos Communications and the underwriters of its IPO, Citigroup Global Markets and Lehman Bros. U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty found that "none of (the alleged) faulty nondisclosures involve financial information or the misrepresentation of financial data."
