ATTORNEYS - The Idaho Supreme Court vacated a criminal contempt finding for an attorney who failed to produce a witness summary report as ordered by the district judge. The court said the attorney did not willfully violate the order, because she reasonably interpreted the order as allowing her to choose, among other things, not to supply the summary.
