PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT - The Idaho Court of Appeals found that although the prosecutor's comments referencing defendant's role as a prospective witness should not have been made in front of the jury, the error was harmless since the comments could not have reasonably contributed to the jury's verdict. Thus the district court correctly denied defendant's motion for a mistrial or for a new trial. State v. Morgan
