Idaho Alleges Time Share Trickery

BOISE (CN) - Idaho demands $3.4 million and $500,000 in penalties from Impact Net Worth, seven people and three other companies that allegedly deceived investors by telling them they were buying a 5-year investment at fixed rate of return, though they were actually buying interests in time share condos in the Dominican Republic.

Here are the defendants: Derek F. C. Elliott, James B. Catledge, David Brimley, Steve Cabezud, Barbara Nagel, John Thomson, Trevor Walker, Sun Village Juan Dolio Associates LLC, Impact Inc., Impact Net Worth LLC, and Net Worth Solutions.
