A federal court in California dismissed a complaint brought by O’Shea Jackson, aka Ice Cube, against financial services company Robinhood, finding that he didn’t plausibly plead that the company’s use of his image and a paraphrase of a line of one of his songs in an online article suggested that he endorsed its products.
