Ice cream bars

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois dismissed a suit by a woman who claimed Whole Foods deceived her because she expected its organic chocolate ice cream bars’ coating to be exclusively chocolate, but learned from the products’ ingredients list after purchasing that the coating is “more palm kernel oil” than chocolate or cocoa butter by weight.
