ICE abuser

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit vacated a lower court’s judgment in favor of an ICE agent against a Honduran woman who sued over sexual, physical and psychological abuse she says she endured from the agent, who allegedly raped her over four years on the threat of exposing her as an informant and deporting her. Equitable tolling applies because she was threatened not to tell anyone about the abuse.
