‘I shouldn’t say fuck you to a judge.’

WASHINGTON — A D.C. federal court disqualified attorney Stefanie Lambert from representing Patrick Byrne, CEO of online furniture retailer Overstock.com, because she “has repeatedly shown that she has no regard for orders or for her obligations as an attorney.” Namely she has failed to keep Byrne, who was sued by Dominion Voting Systems for spreading lies about its alleged interference in the 2020 presidential election, from sharing confidential discovery information on the social media platform X and telling the judge, in videos posted there, that “If you make the wrong decision, I’m just going to do the right thing anyway…. Fuck you.”
