VISTA, Calif. (CN) – A woman says her husband died from Legionnaire’s disease he contracted in their hotel room at Harrah’s Rincon Casino and Resort. Rachel Almazan says her husband, Pilar, got the virus from the hotel’s water supply or air-conditioning ducts on March 15-16, 2007, and died on April 12 that year. The Almazan family sued Harrah’s Entertainment. They are represented in Superior Court by Louis Robman of Westlake Village.
