HP & Staples Accused Of Trade Restraint In Printer Cartridges

BOSTON (CN) - Hewlett-Packard has paid Staples $100 million since December 2006 to restrain trade by refusing to sell HP-compatible printing cartridges made by anyone but Hewlett-Packard, including Staples' own competing cartridges, according to a class-action antitrust claim in Federal Court.
