Houston oil spill

GALVESTON, Texas — The federal government and Texas teamed up to file a lawsuit against barge owner Kirby Inland Marine seeking damages for destruction of natural resources after a 2014 collision caused 165,000 gallons of oil to spill in the Houston Ship Channel.
