Housing discrimination

OXFORD, Miss. — A federal judge ruled a Jackson, Mississippi, landlord discriminated against prospective Black tenants in a suit brought by the federal government after Black testers for the Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center were denied property tours while white testers were invited to apply for an apartment.
