House Raffler Says CBS & City Defamed Him

MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - A self-described "small real estate developer" claims CBS and the City of Minneapolis defamed him by having him arrested on bogus gambling charges while he gave CBS an interview about his raffling off a house. Paul Stepnes says he organized the raffle to save the homeowner from foreclosure and that CBS and the city nailed him as a favor to bigger developers.
