Vienna Beef claims that when its sales rep complained that Freddy's Fast Food was violating the Vienna Beef trademark, Freddy's president Ferzi Emini "wielded a weapon, chased Vienna Beef's representative" from the restaurant, and threatened the sales rep with "death or bodily harm," in Chicago Federal Court.
