Mark Brinker claims he paid Richard David Crouse and Custom Auto $175,000 to restore the Beast III Streamliner, which hit 230 mph on the Bonneville Salt Flats in the 1950s, and the defendants "hijacked the vehicle back to their shop in Loveland, Colo.," and are trying to "leverage their conversion and wrongful possession" of it to get more money from him, in Denver Federal Court.
