Hospital Can’t Require Staff Flu Immunization

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - The 9th Circuit held that an arbitrator correctly banned Virginia Mason Hospital from requiring flu immunization as a "fitness for duty" requirement for all nurses and other employees. See ruling.
