Hospice Provider Says HHS Cheats

TULSA (CN) - The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services cheats companies that provide hospice care for the terminally ill by demanding repayment of Medicare payments, though a federal court has told HHS that's illegal, New Frontier Hospice claims in Federal Court.
