The Ninth Circuit upheld the denial of a preliminary junction in a case challenging an Arizona statute that requires any simulcast of live horse racing that originates outside the state to be offered to all commercial live-racing permittees and “additional wagering facility” in the state.

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the denial of a preliminary injunction in a case challenging an Arizona statute that requires any simulcast of live horse racing that originates outside the state to be offered to all commercial live-racing permittees and “additional wagering facility” in the state.
