SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – Richard Dutrow, who trained Big Brown to victory in the 2008 Kentucky Derby and Preakness, seeks to stay the New York State Racing and Wagering Board’s “decision to revoke/suspend” his license “for purportedly possessing three unlabeled syringes in his barn at Aqueduct Racetrack,” and for a horse’s positive test for butorphanol.
