Hooters’ Enemies Keep Fighting

AUSTIN (CN) - The Partnership for Community Values, which fought successfully for six years to keep a Hooters restaurant out of South Arlington, Texas, sued Hooters and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, which finally granted a liquor license. Plaintiffs claim the "sexually alluring" waitresses will "endanger the safety and welfare of the community". See complaintin Travis County Court.
